What's missing
Where the app can't follow a rule to the letter yet, its notes say so, and say how to allow for it when you enter your hours. From this page's agreements:
- Field construction (2024 rate, check yours). New Jersey prints only the apprentice percentages, so the app works the dollar rates out, rounded to the cent, and uses these rates for every week.
- Field construction (2024 rate, check yours). The app pays Labor Day at double time like the other holidays: to see quadruple time, enter twice the hours you worked (16 for 8); it doesn't know what other crafts get; and it works five 8-hour days only (the Municipal Water Works 4×10 isn't built in).
- Field construction (2024 rate, check yours). A 3rd shift comes out 10% short, and overtime hours on a shift get no premium; show-up pay and meal rules aren't published.
- Field construction (2024 rate, check yours). The app has no date rule for Presidential Election Day: tick Holiday on it (November 7 2028); and the notes don't say what happens to a Saturday holiday, so the app leaves it on the Saturday (July 4 2026).
- Field construction (2024 rate, check yours). The current amount isn't published (New Jersey's benefit total isn't split); the app uses the $10.00 an hour of Lodge 28's 2021 wage allocation, the only public figure, and multiplies it on overtime hours ($15.00 and $20.00) as other vacation-trust lodges do. If your stub shows another amount, your tax and take-home here are off by the tax on the difference.
- Field construction (2024 rate, check yours). The 7% is the best public figure (the lodge's 2025 report to the US Department of Labor leaves the line blank), the per-hour amounts are from the 2021 sheet (current ones aren't published) and are counted on hours worked. Monthly dues ($58.80 for 2026) are paid to the lodge yourself, so they aren't on the check.
- Field construction (2024 rate, check yours). Per diem and travel pay aren't published, so the app adds none.
- Minor repairs (2024 rate, check yours). The app uses these rates for every week.

New Jersey's notes for minor repairs don't give their own overtime rules, so the app uses the craft's.

- Minor repairs (2024 rate, check yours). The minor-repair benefit total ($17.89) can't hold the field vacation, and whether any vacation is withheld on minor repairs isn't published, so the app takes none.
