What's missing
Where the app can't follow a rule to the letter yet, its notes say so, and say how to allow for it when you enter your hours. From this page's agreements:
- The 2026 and 2027 rates are the agreement's fixed June 1 raises (+ $1.00 a year for Local 263) added to the 2025 rate, and every other class is worked out from its rule, rounded to the cent. The federal Davis-Bacon schedule for Dallas County confirms the 2025 rate.
- The app pays a Saturday, and the Friday of a 4×10, at time and a half unless you tick Make-up day, which pays straight time up to 10 hours and the 40-hour week; the agreement stops a 5×8 make-up day at 8 straight-time hours, and a make-up day for a holiday is time and a half, so leave it unticked in a holiday week. A flexible start time pays 8 hours straight, then time and a half; the app doesn't work that out.
- The app has no shift setting for this agreement: enter the 8 hours you're paid for a 2nd or 3rd shift (the supplemental dues then count 8 hours too). Overtime is paid in 15-minute steps.
- The agreement doesn't say how it's taxed; the app follows the IRS rules for travel away from home.
Enter your own hours in the Ironworker app: it applies these rates, the overtime and holiday rules, dues and tax, and keeps a year of paychecks. Free for a month.
