What's missing
Where the app can't follow a rule to the letter yet, its notes say so, and say how to allow for it when you enter your hours. From this page's agreements:
- The 2025 rates of the classes after the building foreman aren't in the sources; for weeks before June 1 2026 the app pays each the lower of its 2026 rate and the 2025 base, $51.40. A day logged as another role is paid at that role's rate.
- The 2025 apprentice rates aren't in the sources; the app works them out from the same percentages ($30.84, $35.98, $41.12 and $46.26).
- The card doesn't say what a weekday hour past 12 pays; the app keeps it at time and a half.
- On a 4×10 the app pays 10 hours at straight time Monday to Thursday and time and a half after, and a Friday at time and a half; a day you tick as Make-up day is straight time up to 40 hours in the week.
- What happens to a Saturday holiday isn't published; the app keeps it on the Saturday, double time if worked. Holidays aren't paid when you don't work them; every hour worked on one is double time.
Enter your own hours in the Laborer app: it applies these rates, the overtime and holiday rules, dues and tax, and keeps a year of paychecks. Free for a month.
