What's missing
Where the app can't follow a rule to the letter yet, its notes say so, and say how to allow for it when you enter your hours. From this page's agreements:
- Washington: King County (type your deductions). The current rate for the other Puget Sound counties isn't filed; the app's King County rate is the closest published one. Work under the National Maintenance Agreement (the Carpenters' version, on owner-site maintenance approved by the NMAPC) keeps this agreement's wage and funds, with no zone pay, but has its own hours, overtime, holidays and shifts (Saturday time and a half, Sundays and holidays at most double time, 2nd shift + $2.00 and 3rd shift + $2.25 an hour, 7 holidays, no per diem, travel pay or mileage), and isn't built in yet. NMAPC says the national maintenance agreements become the National Construction and Maintenance Agreement on January 1 2027; its terms aren't published in our sources.
- Washington: King County (type your deductions). The agreement's own raise dates aren't known (the state dates are when each state put them in force), and the 2027 rates aren't known: then type your new rate under Enter my own rate.
- Washington: King County (type your deductions). No step to double time on a weekday, 4×10 or make-up day is printed, so the app has none.
- Washington: King County (type your deductions). The shift rules aren't published, so the app adds nothing for night work; leave Night off, or use Enter my own rate if your stub shows a premium.
- Washington: King County (type your deductions). Whether a holiday on a Saturday or Sunday moves isn't printed, so the app leaves it on its date (Independence Day 2026 on Saturday July 4), and whether a holiday not worked is paid isn't printed either, so the app pays nothing for it.
- Washington: King County (type your deductions). With nothing typed, nothing comes off for dues, so take-home here is higher than your stub until you do.
- Washington: eastern counties (type your deductions). The agreement's own raise dates aren't known (the state dates are when each state put them in force), and the 2027 rates aren't known: then type your new rate under Enter my own rate.

- Oregon and southwest Washington (type your deductions). The agreement's own raise dates aren't known (the state dates are when each state put them in force), and the 2027 rates aren't known: then type your new rate under Enter my own rate.
- Oregon and southwest Washington (type your deductions). No step to double time on a weekday, 4×10 or make-up day is printed, so the app has none. Oregon prints no overtime text; the agreement is the same, so the app uses Washington's code for both states.

- Oregon and southwest Washington (type your deductions). Whether zone pay is multiplied on overtime isn't printed, so the app adds it for every hour worked, not multiplied.
