What's missing

Where the app can't follow a rule to the letter yet, its notes say so, and say how to allow for it when you enter your hours. From this page's agreements:

• New York City, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam. The sheet runs to June 30 2027 and the next one isn't out; after that, type your new rate under Enter my own rate.
• New York City, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam. On an overtime hour the app adds 15% of the straight-time rate, and it rounds the premium to the cent per hour.
• New York City, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam. The app doesn't mark those two days: enter the hours you're paid for (the morning worked plus the paid half day), at straight time. A holiday on a Saturday or Sunday stays on its date (the schedules don't say it moves).
• New York City, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam. Apprentices' vacation is $7.08, $8.25, $9.42 and $11.76 by year, but the app adds and takes back $13.12 for every class, so an apprentice's tax shown is a little high (take-home is otherwise the same).
• New York City, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam. Local 740 also files its own working dues of $0.59 an hour; whether that's on top of the District Council's 2% isn't known, so the app takes it too (the careful choice: if your stub doesn't show it, your take-home is $0.59 an hour higher). The app uses the 2026 working dues for 2025 weeks too. The $0.05 an hour PAC check-off is voluntary and isn't taken, and the council's $500 yearly assessment (for members working more than 99 hours in a year) isn't a paycheck deduction.
• New York City, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam. They aren't in any public schedule, so none are built in. If an employer pays a per diem, switch it on on the Settings tab and type the daily amount.
• Dutchess and Orange counties. The sheet runs to June 30 2027 and the next one isn't out; after that, type your new rate under Enter my own rate.
• Dutchess and Orange counties. No shift premium is published for Dutchess and Orange (the city's + 15% is in the city schedule only), so the app adds nothing for night work; leave Night off, or use Enter my own rate if your stub shows a premium.
• Dutchess and Orange counties. The app doesn't mark Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve: enter the hours you're paid for on them, at straight time. It doesn't pay an apprentice's holidays by itself either: on one not worked, untick Hol. and enter 8 hours. A holiday on a Saturday or Sunday stays on its date (the schedule doesn't say it moves).
• Dutchess and Orange counties. The app doesn't multiply it on overtime (New York State says so for the city's block), and the sheet doesn't split out apprentices' vacation, so the app adds and takes back $8.44 for every class.
• Dutchess and Orange counties. Apprentices' working dues aren't printed, so the app works them out the same way, 2% of their wage plus their fringes ($1.16, $1.27, $1.42 and $1.70 by year).
• Dutchess and Orange counties.
