What's missing
Where the app can't follow a rule to the letter yet, its notes say so, and say how to allow for it when you enter your hours. From this page's agreements:
- Apprentice wages aren't in the agreement, so none are offered (use Enter my own rate), and the craft foreman or lead engineer rate ($65.32) isn't offered as a crane class.
- The app adds 15% of the rate for every hour worked that day but doesn't multiply it on overtime hours, so a night shift with overtime shows a little less than your stub.
- The app pays 8 hours for a holiday on a weekday you don't work and doesn't check the two days; Article VII also speaks of 'triple time plus the holiday pay or single time plus the holiday pay', which conflicts with Article VIII, so the app pays a worked holiday at double time, without the holiday pay on top; and the agreement doesn't say where a weekend holiday is kept, so the app keeps a Saturday one on the Friday before and a Sunday one on the Monday after.
