What's missing
Where the app can't follow a rule to the letter yet, its notes say so, and say how to allow for it when you enter your hours. From this page's agreements:
- The bulletin doesn't say whether the October 26 raise is back-paid to July 1, and the new agreement's package increases (February 1 2027 $2.55, then each January to 2031) aren't split into wages yet: type your new rate under Enter my own rate then.
- 4×10 rules aren't printed, so five 8-hour days only.
- Every night is taken as a swing shift (for a graveyard shift use Enter my own rate with 31.4% added), and on overtime hours the 17.3% isn't multiplied.
- The app has Presidents' Day in place of Cesar Chavez Day (March 31) for every year: before November 2026, tick Holiday on March 31 instead. The workdays before Christmas and New Year's are non-scheduled days worked at straight time.
Enter your own hours in the Electrician app: it applies these rates, the overtime and holiday rules, dues and tax, and keeps a year of paychecks. Free for a month.
A number on this page is wrong? Report a wrong rate: it opens the app's feedback box with this page named, no email needed.
Between jobs? Open the job-call board: public union hall job calls from across the US in one place, rebuilt every night.
Your agreement isn't here? Send us your agreement from the app's Settings tab. If the app doesn't have it yet, you get a free year when it's added.
