What's missing
Where the app can't follow a rule to the letter yet, its notes say so, and say how to allow for it when you enter your hours. From this page's agreements:
- The apprentice rates before July 1 2026 aren't built in (the 2026 ones are used).
- 4×10 and make-up rules aren't published.
- Every night is taken as a swing shift (for a graveyard shift use Enter my own rate at $84.12), and the swing shift's overtime still starts after 7 hours and gets no premium.
- Whether a weekend holiday moves isn't printed: the app leaves each on its date.
- The 401(k) deferral really comes off before income tax, so the app's federal and state tax are a little high (by about a quarter of 1% of your pay); the chart doesn't say what the 2.25% is figured on, so the app uses gross wages. New York paid family leave ($8.50 a week on the chart) is in the state contributions.
