What's missing
Where the app can't follow a rule to the letter yet, its notes say so, and say how to allow for it when you enter your hours. From this page's agreements:
- Amarillo and the Panhandle (inside). 'work-night' hours (Monday to Friday, 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., outside a shift) pay straight time plus 10%: that isn't added; and the rule for someone who missed hours (only hours past 10 in the day at time and a half) isn't worked out.
- Amarillo and the Panhandle (inside). Every night is taken as a 2nd shift (a full 3rd shift pays 31.43% per hour worked: use Enter my own rate), and overtime on a shift gets no premium (the agreement pays 1.5 times the shift rate).
- Amarillo and the Panhandle (inside). PTO earned isn't counted by the app; when you take PTO, enter the hours paid as straight time.
- Amarillo and the Panhandle (inside). The agreement doesn't say how zone pay is taxed; the app treats it as taxable pay (the careful choice). Shop-to-job and job-to-job travel is paid time.
