What's missing
Where the app can't follow a rule to the letter yet, its notes say so, and say how to allow for it when you enter your hours. From this page's agreements:
- Eastern Washington (pile driver sheet). The 2025 sheet isn't published, so the foreman and apprentice rates before June 1 2026 are worked out at the agreement's percentages from the $49.76 journeyman rate. June 1 2027 adds $3.24 to the package, to be allocated by the union: then type your new rate under Enter my own rate.
- Eastern Washington (pile driver sheet). The app treats every night as a 2nd shift (7½ for 8), so on a 3rd shift your stub pays a little more. A special shift on public work in Washington pays the base + $2.00 an hour when more than 4 hours fall outside 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.: use Enter my own rate with the $2.00 added. A recall without an 8-hour break stays at the overtime rate.
- Eastern Washington (pile driver sheet). The 2025 dues amount isn't published; the app uses $1.98 for 2025 weeks too.
- Eastern Washington (pile driver sheet). The sheet counts it in your total taxable wage, so the app adds it to your taxable pay and then sends it to the fund after tax (take-home is the same either way; only the tax differs). It works out 2.5% of the rate exactly; the sheet rounds it per hour. How it shows on a real stub isn't published: check yours.
- Eastern Washington (pile driver sheet). The app adds it for every hour worked, taxable, not multiplied on overtime (the agreement doesn't say it is).
- Western and central Washington (type your deductions). Labor and Industries put the 2026 rate in force on September 2 2026 and doesn't print the agreement's own date (Davis-Bacon dated the 2025 step June 1, so the 2026 step was probably June 1 2026); the app starts it on September 2 2026, the careful choice: for June to August 2026 weeks your stub may show the new rate. Apprentice pay is printed only as a share of an old whole package, not of the wage, so apprentices aren't built in: use Enter my own rate.
- Western and central Washington (type your deductions). On a 4×10 the app pays a worked Friday at time and a half up to 12 hours; on a make-up Saturday it pays every hour past 10 at time and a half (hours past 12 should be double); tide-work hours: enter them as overtime by logging them on a Saturday-rate day or use Enter my own rate.
- Western and central Washington (type your deductions). No other shift premium is published, so the app adds nothing for night work; leave Night off.
- Western and central Washington (type your deductions). Whether a holiday not worked is paid isn't printed, so the app pays nothing for it.
- Western and central Washington (type your deductions). With nothing typed, nothing comes off for dues, so take-home here is higher than your stub until you do.
- Oregon and southwest Washington (type your deductions). Washington's filing shows the 2026 rate from September 2 2026, Oregon's from July 5 2026 (the agreement's own date, probably June 1, isn't printed); the app uses July 5 for both states. Oregon's April 5 2026 amendment printed Group 6 at $55.63, below both union rates; the app leaves it out. Oregon warns that its apprentice percentages may differ from the committee's standards. The 2027 rates aren't known: type your new rate under Enter my own rate when they come.
- Oregon and southwest Washington (type your deductions). Oregon prints no overtime text for the agreement; it's the same agreement, so the app uses Washington's code for both states.
- Oregon and southwest Washington (type your deductions). No other shift premium is published, so the app adds nothing for night work; leave Night off.
- Oregon and southwest Washington (type your deductions). Whether a holiday not worked is paid isn't printed, so the app pays nothing for it.
- Oregon and southwest Washington (type your deductions). Whether zone pay is multiplied on overtime isn't printed, so the app adds it for every hour worked, not multiplied.
- Oregon and southwest Washington (type your deductions). With nothing typed, nothing comes off for dues, so take-home here is higher than your stub until you do.
